If carried out correctly, this type of audit is deep, evidentiary and holds up in court. We need this type of effort to determine where the state has spent nearly a half a trillion dollars since 2002 while digging a budget deficit hole pushing 15 billion. We need this effort to clear out the cancer killing Illinois and reclaim a better future!
